Mr. Dobson’s background includes senior leadership roles at Motorola Solutions and Avigilon, where he led AI-powered physical security solutions for the global market. Gatekeeper’s President and CEO, Doug Dyment, expressed excitement about Dobson joining the Board, citing his expertise in video analytics and product-led growth strategies. Dobson also shared his enthusiasm to contribute to Gatekeeper’s growth in transit and school bus video solutions.
In conjunction with the appointment, Gatekeeper has granted Dobson 100,000 incentive stock options exercisable at $2.53 for five years, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
