November 27, 2025 — Kitchener, ON — Leads & Copy — FluidAI Medical has acquired Emmetros Limited, the developer of SparxConnect, to enhance its Stream Inara™ patient engagement platform. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Stream Inara™ is part of FluidAI’s Recovery Intelligence and Surgical Excellence (RISE) Program, which aims to improve surgical care using Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols. The RISE program includes Stream Care™, an AI-assisted Surgical Expert Suite; the FDA-cleared Origin™ monitoring device; and Stream Inara™ for post-discharge patient education.
FluidAI’s RISE program provides tailored, data-driven solutions that align with each institution’s clinical goals. Stream Inara™ serves as a digital management tool before surgery and after patients return home.
The platform monitors patients after discharge, collects patient-reported outcomes, and provides personalized education and 24/7 support. The integration of Stream Inara™ into the RISE Program is intended to support earlier discharge, allowing patients to recover at home, hospitals to increase patient throughput, and clinicians to remain confident in their patients’ recovery.
