Vancouver, BC — December 10, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Fintechwerx International Software Services Inc. (CSE: WERX) has confirmed its entry into a Marketing Services Agreement with Spark Labs Marketing, effective November 28, 2025. The agreement, known as the “Spark Agreement,” aims to launch a Go-to-Market marketing campaign.
The Go-to-Market campaign is intended to generate new content and increase market awareness for the FintechWerx platform and its suite of products. The target audience includes merchants whose payment systems have faced suspensions or disruptions.
The Spark Agreement will run for six months, expiring on May 28, 2026, unless terminated earlier by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
Spark Labs Marketing (SLM), described as an arm’s length party, specializes in data-driven marketing strategies focused on quantifiable ROI. SLM will assist FintechWerx in managing targeted distribution and market penetration for new and ongoing content and communications materials.
FintechWerx’s payment gateway seeks to offer a foundation for managing payment complexity, volatility, and regulatory requirements through unified multiprocessor transaction routing, streamlined merchant workflows, and automated risk assessment.
