(NYSE: MCRP) have announced the official deployment of the Autonomous Police Patrol at Dubai Global Village. This initiative integrates advanced technologies and artificial intelligence into public safety operations, positioning Dubai as a leader in smart policing and urban security innovation.
The Autonomous Police Patrol enhances surveillance, monitoring, and rapid response capabilities in high-footfall public areas. It features AI-powered functions, including detection and recognition models, behavior analysis, and suspect matrix, as well as mission planner, tele-operator, and fleet management software. The patrol operates autonomously, providing Dubai Police with live intelligence and situational awareness.
Micropolis Robotics, a UAE-based company, conceptualized, engineered, and manufactured the patrol. The deployment will be officially inaugurated on October 15, 2025, and showcased during GITEX 2025.
Major General Khalid Alrazooqi, Dubai Police Chief Information Officer, announced that the patrol vehicle, DPR-02, will enter operational service starting October 15th, 2025, at Global Village. Fareed Aljawhari, Founder and CEO of Micropolis Robotics, expressed pride in partnering with Dubai Police to transform public safety and intelligent mobility.
