September 17, 2025 — Leads & Copy — DRUID AI has announced the completion of a $31 million Series C financing round. The investment will support the global expansion of its agentic AI platform. The round was led by Cipio Partners, with participation from TQ Ventures, Karma Ventures, Smedvig, and Hoxton Ventures.
Joseph Kim, the new CEO of DRUID AI, emphasized the importance of customer success and delivering real business outcomes by understanding and addressing companies’ pain points. Kim previously served as CEO of Sumo Logic and holds board positions at SmartBear and Andela.
Roland Dennert, managing partner at Cipio Partners, stated that their investment would accelerate DRUID AI’s expansion, technological advancements, and position as a leader in enterprise AI solutions.
The funding and appointment of Kim follow DRUID AI’s recognition as a Challenger in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Conversational AI Platforms for 2025.
In 2024, DRUID AI experienced a 2.7x year-over-year growth in ARR and powers over 1 billion conversations across thousands of agents. The company’s global partner ecosystem includes Microsoft, Genpact, Cognizant, and Accenture.
