October 14, 2025 — Leads & Copy — DISCO (NYSE: LAW) and Mourant, a law firm-led professional services firm, have expanded their strategic eDiscovery and technology partnership. The collaboration aims to enhance Mourant’s capabilities in managing complex digital data across litigation and consulting teams.
Ledie Toscano, Mourant’s Associate Director of Digital Forensics & eDiscovery, emphasized the need for advanced eDiscovery and AI tools to navigate the evolving legal environment. DISCO’s Vice President of Product Strategy, Kristin Zmrhal, highlighted the partnership’s core to DISCO’s legal DNA.
Since launching its eDiscovery service in 2022, Mourant has leveraged DISCO’s expertise to develop an in-house eDiscovery service. This has enabled Mourant to streamline workflows, accelerate document retrieval, and prioritize accurate review processes.
Toscano noted the cultural shift within Mourant, where eDiscovery is now a key part of the firm’s strategy. Mourant and DISCO will co-lead a panel presentation at Legal Geek 2025 in London on October 15.
