With CLS v2025.2, Clinisys introduces CLS CARE—an embedded, AI-powered chat agent designed to provide guidance on product functionality, configuration, and usage. CLS CARE streamlines support and accelerates onboarding by delivering assistance directly within the CLS environment. The multilingual AI assistant can communicate in English, French, Spanish, and Dutch. It also generates CLS API code samples in multiple programming languages—including .NET, Java, and Python.
