ClickHouse Raises $400 Million in Series D Funding

— January 16, 2026 — Leads & Copy — ClickHouse, a real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability, and AI/ML leader, has secured $400 million in Series D financing. Dragoneer Investment Group led the round, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, GIC, Index Ventures, Khosla Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and WCM Investment Management.

The funding follows a period of sustained growth for ClickHouse, which now serves over 3,000 customers on its fully managed service, ClickHouse Cloud. The company reports its annual recurring revenue (ARR) has grown by more than 250 percent year-over-year. Recent adopters and expansion deployments include Capital One, Lovable, Decagon, Polymarket, and Airwallex, joining existing customers such as Meta, Cursor, Sony, and Tesla.

Aaron Katz, CEO of ClickHouse, stated the funding will support the company’s expansion of its offering to include LLM observability, so AI application builders can evaluate the quality and behavior of AI outputs as they move into production, and adding support for unified transactional and analytical workloads, so developers can build any type of applications powered by AI on the best technical foundation.

Founded in 2012, Dragoneer takes a highly selective, research-driven approach and seeks long-term partnerships with a small number of category-defining companies. Christian Jensen, Partner at Dragoneer Investment Group, noted that ClickHouse delivers the performance, efficiency, and reliability required for AI systems operating at scale.

ClickHouse also announced the acquisition of Langfuse, an open-source LLM observability platform. LLM observability focuses on ensuring that AI systems produce outputs that are accurate, safe, and aligned with user intent. Langfuse CEO Marc Klingen said that as one team, they can deliver a tighter end-to-end product: faster ingestion, deeper evaluation, and a shorter path from a production issue to a measurable improvement.

Additionally, ClickHouse announced an enterprise-grade Postgres service deeply integrated with ClickHouse. According to Umur Cubukcu, Co-CEO, Co-Founder, Ubicloud, ClickHouse and Postgres complement each other naturally, and are key for AI applications. Together, they’re delivering an integrated stack that removes complexity for teams, with production-grade Postgres for transactions and ClickHouse for analytics working as one.

In the past year, ClickHouse has entered the Japanese market through a partnership with Japan Cloud and announced a partnership with Microsoft Azure focused on OneLake. Recent product advancements include investments in data lake support, expanded full-text search capabilities, and the introduction of lightweight updates.
