September 15, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Case IQ, a provider of compliance and risk management solutions, has launched Clairia, an AI assistant designed to reduce case management complexity for ethics, compliance, and HR teams.
Clairia aims to accelerate workflows, preserve investigative integrity, and align steps with policies. Integrated into Case IQ’s case management solution, it provides relevant, policy-aligned guidance.
According to David McNeill, CEO of Case IQ, Clairia is designed to meet customer challenges. Matt Kuo, CPO at Case IQ, said Clairia will become the intelligence layer of Case IQ, anticipating risks and recommending actions.
A Case IQ market research report, “AI and Whistleblowing: Through the Employee Lens,” found that 7 in 10 US employees have no concerns about AI-driven whistleblowing tools, and nearly 4 in 5 believe AI can make the whistleblowing process safer.
