ROSH HAAYIN, Israel — January 23, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Cannibble Food-Tech Ltd. (CSE: PLCN) has established a Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Division for the Food and Hospitality Industry and entered a partnership agreement with AIBotics Inc. (OTC: AIBT), a developer of AI-enhanced service robots and automation software.
The new division will evaluate and potentially commercialize AI-enabled robotic technologies for food service, hospitality, and security. This initiative expands the Company’s strategic review of automation technologies for service-oriented environments.
Cannibble and AIBotics will collaborate on deploying AI-powered service robots across food service, hospitality, and security markets, beginning in Israel and potentially expanding to North America, Latin America, and the Middle East.
The parties plan to act as reciprocal exclusive distributors for each other’s robotic products and services in defined territories, pending definitive distribution agreements. Cannibble has existing industry relationships and commercial contacts within Israel.
Cannibble’s Robotics and AI Division will support the distribution in Israel of service robots manufactured by KEENON Robotics, per AIBotics’ agreement with KEENON Robotics. The service robots include the DinerBot series (T8, T9, T10, T11), ButlerBot W3, and KleenBot C30 and C40, designed for food delivery, hospitality support, and cleaning services.
The Company expects its Robotics and AI Division to focus on market assessment, customer engagement, and pilot opportunities. There is no guarantee that this division or the partnership will result in commercial deployments, revenues, or long-term arrangements.
The partnership agreement with AIBotics has an initial term of three years with automatic renewals, subject to its terms and conditions.
