McLean, Virginia — January 21, 2026 — Leads & Copy — BigBear.ai (NYSE: BBAI) has acquired certain technologies of CargoSeer, Ltd., the company said today. The acquisition will allow BigBear.ai to expand its AI capabilities for customs agencies. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
