CORAL GABLES, Fla. — September 16, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Assembly Software has introduced NeosAI Reasoning Mode for NeosAI Chat, enhancing its AI-powered legal case management platform. The feature allows law firms to choose between rapid data coverage (Analysis Mode) and deep reasoning for complex legal documents (Reasoning Mode) within the AI case chat window.
The Focused Insight mode supports deep reasoning across 150–200 pages for detail-intensive tasks like contract and settlement analysis, brief and motion drafting, expert review, and scenario planning. The Broad Scope mode analyzes up to 2,000 pages, enabling quick identification of critical details across large datasets for case intake reviews, discovery summaries, and knowledge mining.
According to Daniel Farrar, CEO of Assembly Software, the new modes leverage the latest large language models (LLMs) with custom configurations, continuously upgrading its models to deliver speed, accuracy, and depth. NeosAI is embedded in the Neos platform for seamless access.
