Randers, Denmark — October 7, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Aptean Inc. has acquired JMA A/S, a leading provider of dealer management system solutions for the heavy equipment, agricultural, and construction machinery vertical in the Nordic market. The acquisition aims to bolster Aptean’s dealer management offerings and expand its Nordic footprint.
JMA, founded in 1990 and headquartered in Randers, Denmark, provides a dealer management solution (DSM) designed to connect and digitize every part of the agricultural and construction machinery dealership. Its integrated ERP solution connects CRM & Sales, Service, Warehouse, and Finance.
TVN Reddy, CEO of Aptean, noted that JMA’s product suite is designed to manage the complex needs of the machinery industry. Johnny Krogh, former shareholder and ongoing Managing Director of JMA, said joining Aptean will enable JMA to accelerate its technological development and expand its commercial reach.
JMA provides software for heavy equipment, agricultural and construction machinery dealers and is based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
