The collaboration aims to deploy new GenAI use cases and extend Amdocs’ billing platform for both consumer and enterprise services for an additional three years.
The new GenAI use cases will leverage Amdocs’ amAIz Sales Agent. Telefónica Germany will be able to promote new products and automate personalized up-sell opportunities, improving efficiency and customer experiences. The extension of Amdocs’ billing platform will enable Telefónica Germany to continue using a scalable solution that supports millions of customers across mobile, broadband, TV, and fixed voice services.
Mallik Rao, Chief Technology and Enterprise Business Officer at Telefónica Germany, stated that the collaboration with Amdocs allows Telefónica Germany to combine innovation with reliability. Rao also noted that the GenAI capabilities will enable Telefónica to offer better personalized offers to its customers, further improving the customer experience.
