Amdocs Extends Managed Services Agreement with PLDT for Seven Years (NASDAQ:DOX)

JERSEY CITY, NJ — November 11, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX) has extended its managed services agreement with PLDT Inc. and its wireless subsidiary Smart Communications, Inc. for seven years. The collaboration aims to drive agility, enhance customer experience, and simplify IT operations.

The expanded collaboration between Amdocs and PLDT reinforces their long-standing partnership. It will focus on modernizing IT operations, streamlining business processes, and enhancing customer experiences through artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI (GenAI) technologies.

Building on previous cloud modernization projects, the renewed agreement extends Amdocs’ scope of services. This includes solution design, implementation, operations, and performance management, delivering end-to-end accountability and measurable outcomes.

PLDT will leverage Amdocs’ AI-powered platforms and Services360 solution to enhance service delivery, improve agility, and reduce operational costs. The partnership supports scalable operations across hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises environments, enabling seamless integration and greater efficiency across PLDT and Smart’s IT landscape.
