Ambarella (NASDAQ:AMBA) Announces Record Revenue Increase of $108M USD for Q3 Fiscal Year 2026

SANTA CLARA, Calif. — November 26, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Ambarella, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMBA) has announced its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, which ended on October 31, 2025.

The company reported revenue of $108.5 million for the third quarter, a 31.2% increase from the $82.7 million reported during the same period in fiscal year 2025. Revenue for the nine months ending October 31, 2025, totaled $289.8 million, a 44.3% increase from the $200.9 million reported for the nine months ending October 31, 2024.

Ambarella’s GAAP gross margin for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 was 59.6%, compared to 60.6% in the same period of fiscal 2025. The GAAP gross margin for the nine months ending October 31, 2025, was 59.5%, compared to 60.7% for the nine months ending October 31, 2024.

The company’s GAAP net loss for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 was $15.1 million, or $0.35 per diluted ordinary share, compared to a GAAP net loss of $24.1 million, or $0.58 per diluted ordinary share, for the same period in fiscal 2025. The GAAP net loss for the nine months ending October 31, 2025, was $59.4 million, or $1.40 per diluted ordinary share, compared to a GAAP net loss of $96.9 million, or $2.36 per diluted ordinary share, for the nine months ending October 31, 2024.

On a non-GAAP basis, Ambarella’s gross margin for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 was 60.9%, compared to 62.6% for the same period in fiscal 2025. The non-GAAP gross margin for the nine months ending October 31, 2025, was 61.1%, compared to 63.0% for the nine months ending October 31, 2024.

The company’s non-GAAP net profit for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 was $11.9 million, or $0.27 per diluted ordinary share, compared to a non-GAAP net profit of $4.6 million, or $0.11 per diluted ordinary share, for the same period in fiscal 2025. The non-GAAP net profit for the nine months ending October 31, 2025, was $21.3 million, or $0.49 per diluted ordinary share, compared to a non-GAAP net loss of $11.6 million, or $0.28 per diluted ordinary share, for the nine months ending October 31, 2024.

Ambarella provided guidance for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, anticipating revenue between $97.0 million and $103.0 million, and a non-GAAP gross margin between 59.0% and 60.5%. Non-GAAP operating expenses are expected to be between $55.0 million and $58.0 million.

Fermi Wang, President and CEO, stated that the company reported record quarterly revenue, above the high-end of its third-quarter guidance, with edge AI revenue setting its sixth consecutive revenue record. He also noted that the company’s free-cash-flow is 14.8% of revenue year-to-date.

Ambarella’s products are utilized in various edge AI applications, including video security, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), electronic mirror, telematics, driver/cabin monitoring, autonomous driving, edge infrastructure, drones, and other robotics applications.
