CORNELIUS, N.C. — November 14, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Alpha Modus, Corp., a subsidiary of Alpha Modus Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMOD), has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against AtliQ Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (Case No. 2:25-cv-01120).
The complaint asserts that AtliQ Technologies has infringed on four U.S. patents held by Alpha Modus: Nos. 10,360,571, 10,977,672, 11,042,890, and 12,039,550.
Alpha Modus claims AtliQ’s AI-powered retail systems, including smart shelf management, targeted advertising, digital signage, and retail analytics, utilize computer vision, sensor fusion, and cloud analytics that employ the same patented methods integral to Alpha Modus’s technology.
According to Alpha Modus, enforcement of its patents is an integral part of its business strategy. The company says it aims to protect its AI-retail workflow, convert infringers into ecosystem partners, and expand its deployments and revenue through proper licensing.
