November 5, 2025. — Leads & Copy — Alight, Inc. (NYSE: ALIT) reported its third-quarter results, showing a 4.0% revenue decrease to $533 million. Despite a net loss of $1,055 million due to a non-cash goodwill impairment charge of $1,338 million, adjusted EBITDA improved to $138 million from $118 million.
The company highlighted new wins with MetLife, Cintas, and Mass General Brigham and repurchased $25 million of common stock. They have also declared a dividend of $0.04 per share.
Looking forward, Alight anticipates revenue between $2,252 million and $2,282 million, adjusted EBITDA of $595 million to $620 million, and adjusted diluted EPS of $0.54 to $0.58.
