August 20, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Algorhythm Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: RIME) reported its Q2 2025 results, showcasing growth in its AI-driven logistics business.
The company’s revenue increased to $2.7 million, up from $2.4 million in the same period last year. Gross profit margin rose to 35.1% from 13.3% year-over-year, with gross profit reaching approximately $1.0 million.
Operating expenses decreased by $4.8 million to $1.7 million, and the net loss was reduced by $5.3 million to $0.8 million. Cash on hand as of June 30, 2025, was $1.1 million.
Algorhythm completed the acquisition of SMCB Solutions Private Ltd. (SemiCab India) and sold its consumer karaoke subsidiary, Singing Machine, for $4.5 million.
SemiCab secured five new contracts with multinational fast-moving consumer goods companies in India and expanded four existing contracts, increasing fleet size from 140 to 450 trucks.
CEO Gary Atkinson noted the company’s transformation into a technology-focused AI distribution and logistics company.
CFO Alex Andre anticipates a continued decrease in net loss over the next 12 months, driven by the sale of Singing Machine and strategic investments in the SemiCab business.
