AI/ML Innovations Inc.’s NeuralCloud Solutions Inc. has partnered with Lonacas Consultants Ltd. to navigate the regulatory submission of its AI-enabled ECG diagnostics, CardioYield™, to the Jamaica Ministry of Health & Wellness. This collaboration aims to address the growing cardiovascular disease burden in Jamaica.
NeuralCloud’s CardioYield™ software, combined with a single-lead ECG wearable chest strap, seeks local registration and regulatory validation in Jamaica. Lonacas Consultants Ltd., based in Kingston, will lead the regulatory submission process. The initiative marks NeuralCloud’s Caribbean expansion and commitment to affordable, high-quality cardiac diagnostics. Wayne Isaacs, a Jamaican Canadian business leader, facilitated the connection, emphasizing the potential for lower costs and improved access to cardiac care.
Lonacas, led by Dr. Lorenzo Gordon, brings clinical and regulatory expertise to ensure compliance and scalable deployment of CardioYield™ across Jamaica’s healthcare system. The device aims to detect cardiac abnormalities early and streamline workflow, addressing the rising cardiovascular disease rates and limited access to diagnostics in Jamaica.
The company’s Board of Directors has authorized the grant of 1,405,000 stock options to certain directors, employees and consultants, at an exercise price of $0.10 per Common Share, expiring five years from the Grant Date.
