VANCOUVER, BC — August 27, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Alset AI Ventures Inc. has appointed Lisa Baird and Vijay Mony to its board of directors, following its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on August 26, 2025. Jack Huang, Zelong (Roger) He, and Adam Ingrao were re-appointed at the meeting.
Adam Ingrao, Chief Executive Officer of Alset AI, said Baird and Mony’s leadership experience and strategic vision would be instrumental as the company scales its AI infrastructure platform and executes on growth opportunities.
Baird is the President and CEO of NextUp and serves on the board of Cantaloupe (NASDAQ:CTLP). Mony is the Founder and Managing Partner at Woodson Equity.
Shareholders approved all matters presented at the meeting, including the re-appointment of Davidson & Company LLP as auditor and certain amendments to the company’s equity incentive plan, which remains subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
