The AWS AI Specialization in Agentic AI recognizes Elastic as an AWS Partner with proven technical expertise and customer success in deploying smart, self-operating AI systems. These systems can independently process, plan, and execute complex business processes.
The AWS AI Specialization in Agentic AI distinguishes Elastic as an AWS Partner with proven technical expertise and customer success in delivering production-ready autonomous AI systems that reason, plan, collaborate, utilize tools, execute tasks, and continuously improve. Elastic provides deeply embedded agentic AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and other AWS-compatible frameworks like Strands, enabling customers to deploy autonomous systems that deliver measurable value.
Alyssa Fitzpatrick, global vice president of Partner Sales at Elastic, said the AWS Agentic AI Specialization recognizes how the Elasticsearch platform for context engineering facilitates building AI agents that provide accurate answers and take appropriate actions. She added that Elastic uses this platform to integrate agentic experiences into its Observability and Security products to help customers investigate and resolve issues quickly.
For agentic AI to be effective, agents require the right context, obtained by scoping their actions and responses to post-training data stored across a company. Elasticsearch, an open, extensible context engineering platform, stores and searches structured and unstructured data, providing retrieval and tool-building capabilities for agents to navigate complex tasks.
Elastic recently introduced Agent Builder, a set of Elasticsearch-powered capabilities that allows developers to quickly build custom AI agents on their data. Agent Builder enables users to compose custom agents that utilize tools for querying relevant data, facilitating conversation-based data exploration and automation. Agent Builder is built on Amazon Bedrock and uses reasoning models from the Anthropic family by default.
