DeepHealth (Nadsdaq:RDNT) Expands AI Health Solutions Portfolio for Advanced Imaging

CHICAGO, December 1, 2025 — Leads & Copy — DeepHealth, a subsidiary of RadNet, Inc. (Nasdaq: RDNT), is showcasing its expanded portfolio of AI-powered health informatics and clinical AI solutions at RSNA 2025. The new offerings and enhancements span disease detection, assessment, monitoring, remote scanning, image management, interpretation, center operations and AI orchestration, aiming to transform imaging and advance population health.

Kees Wesdorp, President and CEO of RadNet’s Digital Health Division, DeepHealth, said the company is entering an era where AI-powered imaging can drive proactive, connected and equitable care globally. He added that DeepHealth uses an integrated, end-to-end approach across its portfolio, intending to improve healthcare delivery by unifying clinical and operational intelligence into DeepHealth OS and deploying scalable infrastructure that accelerates adoption.

At RSNA 2025, DeepHealth is showcasing its integrated portfolio of AI-powered solutions, which address healthcare challenges including disconnected patient engagement, workforce strain, inconsistent clinical outcomes, and fragmented technology, data, and workflows.

DeepHealth’s enterprise imaging and operations portfolio includes the Diagnostic Suite, a cloud-first image management and interpretation solution with new functionalities such as cloud and hybrid data management, ultra-fast streaming diagnostic viewer, AI-powered automated reporting, integrated advanced visualization, and enterprise AI orchestration.

The company’s acquisition of CIMAR UK brings additional cloud image management and interoperability capabilities, supporting deployments across the UK and Europe to accelerate AI-powered imaging, reporting, and image-based screening. Components of Diagnostic Suite are deployed across RadNet sites and other customer sites.

TechLive, a multimodality, vendor-agnostic remote imaging and radiology management solution with 510(k) clearance, extends expert oversight across MR, Ultrasound, CT, and PET/CT. RadNet has connected more than 400 scanners to TechLive, resulting in 42% fewer MR room closures, which drives higher throughput and better patient and technologist experiences. TechLive is available as a standalone solution or through a collaboration with GE HealthCare for use with its ultrasound products and can be combined with Alpha RT for remote scanning.

DeepHealth’s Operations Suite unifies scheduling, registration, billing, analytics, and patient communication into a single cloud-first environment. The Suite includes new Patient Engagement solutions and agentic AI capabilities to automate administrative tasks, optimize throughput, and improve system-wide coordination.

DeepHealth is also introducing advancements across its Population Health & Clinical AI portfolio, with new FDA clearances across multiple clinical areas. The DeepHealth Breast Suite enhances diagnostic accuracy, improves workflow efficiency, and drives greater standardization of care, offering breast cancer detection, risk assessment, breast density, workflow tools, and breast arterial calcification assessment (in development).

Applications within Breast Suite support more than 10 million mammograms annually, and a real-world analysis published in Nature Health demonstrated a 21% increase in breast cancer detection rate. DeepHealth and GE HealthCare will expand their collaboration to include a wider suite of AI tools for mammography systems.

The Thyroid Suite seamlessly integrates into existing thyroid ultrasound workflows, automating measurements and characterization to improve workflow efficiency. Deployment across more than 200 RadNet sites has shown that radiologists accepted AI-based measurements and characterization without correction in greater than 94% of cases. The solution supports all ultrasound manufacturers and is available standalone or through a partnership with GE HealthCare.

DeepHealth’s Neuro Suite automates and standardizes neuroimaging analysis and includes Brain Health for white matter hyperintensity detection and Brain Age for volumetric measurement. The applications of the expanded Chest Suite automate pulmonary nodule detection, characterization, and volumetric quantification and are cleared in Europe and the UK, enabling population-scale screening programs worldwide.

The next-generation Prostate Suite streamlines prostate MRI interpretation, analysis, and biopsy planning workflows, integrating automated lesion detection and risk classification, intelligent gland segmentation, and PI-RADS-compliant reporting into a single platform.

AI Studio, developed in partnership with CARPL and RagaAI, unifies a range of ecosystem AI solutions and enables seamless orchestration of these applications within the clinical workflow. The system can integrate 140+ AI algorithms from 75+ ecosystem vendors and includes governance tools for AI evaluation, monitoring, and drift management.

DeepHealth OS brings together imaging informatics and AI suites into one unified cloud-native environment, delivering personalized, role-based experiences and simplifying deployment, operations, security, and infrastructure management.

DeepHealth’s portfolio will be presented at Booth #1329 at McCormick Place in Chicago, featuring an Experience Theater with interactive sessions illustrating AI integration across clinical and operational areas. Explore more at deephealth.com/rsna.
