Ataccama Launches Agentic Data Trust Platform

BOSTON, November 6, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Ataccama has launched Ataccama ONE Agentic, a new generation of its unified platform designed to automate data management, governance, and trust for organizations. The platform replaces manual processes with intelligent automation, delivering AI-ready and trusted data 83% faster than traditional workflows.

The platform enables faster reporting, shorter AI development cycles, and decisions based on accurate, compliant information ready for business use.

The core of the platform is the ONE AI Agent, which acts as an autonomous data worker. It creates and applies data quality rules in bulk, detects duplicates and inconsistencies, and uses context to improve accuracy automatically. It also executes complete workflows, from profiling data and assigning rules to validating results, while documenting each step.

Early adopters have reported completing core data quality processes up to nine times faster. Tasks that previously took days, such as generating data quality rules across numerous systems, can now be completed in hours.

This acceleration translates to significant time savings, with more than 25 workdays saved across 1,500 data assets, allowing teams to focus on improving models, accelerating analytics, and driving business outcomes.

A global bank using the platform generated documentation for 100 catalog items in hours instead of weeks and automated 170 rule modifications and 47 debugging tasks, reducing manual effort by nearly 90%.

The Ataccama MCP Server allows copilots, large language models like Claude and ChatGPT, and custom AI workflows to securely access governed, explainable data from Ataccama. It exposes trusted data along with its context, origin, quality verification, ownership, and intended use.

Each dataset includes a Data Trust Index, a quantifiable measure of reliability for downstream systems. Agentic Reference Data Management ensures consistency in business-critical information, while continuous Data Observability tracks pipelines in real time to detect and resolve issues before they impact analytics or AI models.

This establishes a trust layer that ensures data accuracy and alignment for AI systems.

Users can also improve data quality directly within Ataccama ONE, ensuring models, dashboards, and assistants operate on trustworthy information.

Jay Limburn, Chief Product Officer at Ataccama, stated that the next generation of AI will be defined by systems that act on data independently.

He added that Ataccama ONE Agentic embeds intelligence into data governance, enabling the ONE AI Agent to proactively address issues and ensure data accuracy and explainability.

Kevin Petrie, VP of Research at BARC US, noted that Ataccama’s new release addresses the demand for compliance-driven organizations to prioritize data quality, metadata enrichment, and data documentation, while accelerating productivity for data teams.

Ataccama ONE Agentic embeds intelligence directly into the data management process, building trust from the start and maintaining it across every system and workflow.
