These features aim to transform supply chain operations, enabling logistics teams to anticipate challenges and improve performance.
According to Shipwell, its next-generation AI suite addresses challenges in manual shipment tracking and real-time communication. The Track and Trace AI Worker autonomously monitors shipments, analyzes live data, and flags disruptions, potentially reducing manual tracking overhead by up to 70%. The In-App AI Assistant uses natural language processing to answer logistics queries and provide recommendations within the platform.
Greg Price, CEO and Co-Founder of Shipwell, stated that the AI suite is designed to automate, anticipate, and elevate customer operations while integrating with the Shipwell platform. Shipwell’s AI capabilities are built on a secure, cloud-native platform that is SOC 2 compliant and incorporates security protocols.
