(CSE: PKK) (OTC Pink: PKKFF) has applied to revoke the cease trade order (CTO) issued by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) on May 7, 2025, due to a failure to meet filing obligations. The application, filed on October 7, 2025, is currently under review, with no set timeline for completion.
The company intends to issue a press release upon the CTO’s revocation and will subsequently seek the reinstatement of trading its securities on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
