IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDXX) has announced the election of Karen Peacock to its Board of Directors, effective October 6, 2025. Lawrence D. Kingsley, the Company’s Independent Non-Executive Board Chair, expressed his pleasure in welcoming Ms. Peacock, citing her extensive experience in B2B, SaaS software, and AI.
Ms. Peacock, former CEO of Intercom, Inc., brings a wealth of experience from her 14 years at Intuit Inc., where she held senior management positions, including Senior Vice President of Intuit’s Small Business division. She currently serves on the board of directors of Dropbox as the lead independent director. Ms. Peacock holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
