EXL Unveils EXLdata.ai, an Agentic AI Suite for Enterprise Data Solutions

October 7, 2025 — Leads & Copy — EXL [NASDAQ: EXLS] has launched EXLdata.ai, an agentic AI suite of data solutions designed to make enterprise data usable for AI. Developed in partnership with Databricks, the suite aims to accelerate the integration of intelligence into enterprise workflows by embedding AI into data management processes and preparing data for AI.

According to EXL’s 2025 Enterprise AI Study, only 30% of organizations report enterprise-wide data availability, while 65% struggle with extracting value from unstructured data, which accounts for 85% of all enterprise data, according to Everest Group.

EXLdata.ai addresses these challenges by connecting data across the enterprise using agentic AI and Databricks Agent Bricks. The solution orchestrates both structured and unstructured data, ensuring seamless access and usability through AI-driven tools, agents, and pre-built accelerators. It also provides clear visibility into data movement and usage, ensuring trust, compliance, and AI readiness.

Rohit Kapoor, chairman and CEO at EXL, stated that EXLdata.ai transforms how organizations make their data AI-ready, reducing costs, speeding up implementation, and improving accuracy. Jennifer Hamel, Senior Research Director at IDC, noted that EXL’s approach combines architectural expertise with AI-enabled delivery assets to address data challenges and accelerate the creation of AI-ready data.

EXLdata.ai features autonomously manage data discovery, migration, engineering, governance, annotation, labeling, and operations across the data lifecycle. Its modular design allows clients to leverage individual capabilities or the full suite, accessible through a centralized workbench.

Barry Dauber, Vice President at Databricks, added that EXL’s solution, powered by Databricks Agent Bricks, provides pre-built agents, annotation, and observability, helping clients enrich data sources, improve model accuracy, and embed AI into workflows.
