Beaverton, Ore. — October 6, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) has updated its Q4 2025 outlook and 2026 revenue guidance, incorporating four innovative independent data exchanges expected to contribute to Q4-25 revenue.
The company’s exchanges are bolstered by foundational patents in the tokenomics economy, and they are beginning an enforcement initiative with top-tier banks, led by a leading IP firm.
Datavault AI is incorporating four Delaware corporations to launch revolutionary independent data exchanges: International Elements Exchange Inc., International NIL Exchange Inc., Information Data Exchange Inc., and American Political Exchange Inc. These marketplaces aim to transform asset tokenization across key sectors.
The company’s patent portfolio now exceeds 70 patents and trade secrets, underpinning these exchanges and establishing leadership in the tokenomics industry. The patent defense strategy focuses on top-tier banks believed to be infringing on Datavault AI’s IP.
Fully funded through Scilex’s strategic $150 million investment, Datavault expects to meet or exceed its 2025 2nd half guidance of $12 to $15 million and is optimistic it will reach a 2026 revenue range exceeding its previous $40 to $50 million revenue target.
