MISSISSAUGA, ON, October 6, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Morguard Corporation, partnering with CENGN and Nokia, has launched three Smart Building Living Labs in Montreal, Toronto, and Ottawa. The $6.5 million project aims to provide Canadian startups and scaleups with opportunities to advance technologies for safer, more efficient, and connected buildings.

The Smart Building Living Labs are part of CENGN’s Living Lab Initiative, supported by a $45 million federal investment. This initiative will support over 100 Canadian startups and scaleups in preparing their technology solutions for market readiness.
Jeff Maddox, President of Nokia Canada, stated Nokia’s commitment to encouraging technology innovation and digital transformation across Canada.
