Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia — October 2, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Sagtec Global Limited (NASDAQ: SAGT) has partnered with HM Edutech Group Sdn Bhd and TP Trader Academy Sdn Bhd to develop the HMS Data Analysis System, an AI-powered SaaS platform integrating financial data analytics with global education solutions.
Sagtec will handle the system’s backend, frontend, infrastructure, and mobile application development, creating a scalable SaaS product for institutional and retail users globally. TP Group will supply professional data for AI analysis. The company anticipates $1 million in initial development revenue and will participate in a profit-sharing model linked to SaaS subscriber growth, positioning Sagtec for recurring revenue.
The platform, scheduled for launch in Q2 2026, will offer real-time analytics, predictive modeling, and intelligent financial education tools. This aligns with Sagtec’s strategy to diversify into SaaS recurring revenue streams.
Kevin Ng, CEO of Sagtec Global Limited, stated that the collaboration provides both immediate financial benefit and long-term upside. He views SaaS-based financial analytics as a high-growth category.
