NEW YORK, LONDON and SYDNEY — October 2, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Synechron, a global digital transformation consulting firm, has formed a new global ServiceNow business by acquiring RapDev, Calitii, and Waivgen. This combination creates the largest financial services-focused ServiceNow practice worldwide, utilizing ServiceNow’s cloud-based platform to transform workflows and integrate AI into operations.
The acquisitions will expand Synechron’s reach beyond banking, financial services, and insurance to include sectors like healthcare, pharmaceuticals, energy, utilities, and airlines.
Faisal Husain, CEO of Synechron, emphasized the significance of this move, highlighting the potential for customers to unlock value through the team’s industry knowledge and engineering expertise.
RapDev specializes as a Datadog partner, Waivgen is an Appian partner, and Calitii brings experience in ServiceNow implementations for major banks. All three contribute unique AI solutions.
In the transactions, Canaccord Genuity represented RapDev, Raymond James represented Calitii, and Tura Advisory represented Waivgen.
