NEW YORK CITY, NY AND TORONTO, ON — September 30, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Nextech3D.ai, an AI-first event-technology and 3D solutions provider, has signed a binding letter of intent (LOI) to acquire Eventdex, a registration and badge-printing software company. The all-cash purchase price is approximately $700,000.
Eventdex serves 60+ customers and generated approximately $750,000 in revenue for 2024 and approximately $500,000 year-to-date 2025. The acquisition will combine Map D’s floor mapping with Eventdex’s registration and badge printing, fast-tracking Nextech3D.ai’s blockchain ticketing roadmap.
The companies expect to close the deal on or before October 19th, 2025, subject to satisfactory completion of due diligence, negotiation of definitive agreements, and customary approvals.
Nextech3D.ai’s CEO, Evan Gappelberg, stated that the acquisition allows them to move faster toward a one-stop event operating system. Eventdex Co-Founders Durga and Raj are excited to expand their market reach with Nextech3D.ai’s leadership.
