SAN JOSE, Calif. – 8×8, Inc. (NASDAQ: EGHT) reported its second quarter fiscal year 2026 financial results, with total revenue reaching $184.1 million compared to $181.0 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2025. Service revenue was $179.1 million, up from $175.1 million year-over-year. GAAP operating income was $5.3 million, while non-GAAP operating profit reached $17.3 million. GAAP net income was $0.8 million compared to a net loss of $14.5 million in the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA was $22.0 million.
Samuel Wilson, Chief Executive Officer at 8×8, Inc., noted that the revenue growth was driven by record usage of the company’s CX platform, the expansion of its product portfolio, and adoption of AI solutions. Key innovations on the 8×8 Platform include integrated Workforce Management, AI-powered support, enhanced omnichannel engagement, and simpler collaboration features.
8×8 has also appointed Stephen Hamill as Chief Revenue Officer and made a $10 million early term loan payment. The financial outlook for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 includes service revenue between $172 million and $177 million and total revenue between $177 million and $182 million. The full fiscal year 2026 outlook includes service revenue between $692 million and $706 million and total revenue between $712 million and $726 million.
